This Privacy Policy explains how Sword Master (“the Game”, “we”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use our mobile game and related services.

1.1 Information you provide

  • Customer Support: Information you submit when contacting us (e.g., inquiry content, screenshots/attachments you choose to provide, and your email address if you send it to us).

1.2 Information collected through social login (Google / Kakao)

When you sign in with Google or Kakao, we may receive the following information depending on your settings and the provider’s policies:

  • Account identifier (OAuth ID / social ID)
  • Email address (if provided by the provider)
  • Profile name / nickname
  • Profile image (if provided by the provider)

We do not collect your Google or Kakao password.

1.3 Information collected automatically

  • Device and app information: device model, OS version, app version, language, country/region.
  • Log and usage data: IP address, access timestamps, gameplay and interaction logs, crash/error logs, and security-related events.

1.4 Payment information (In-App Purchases and Credit Card)

We support in-app purchases and credit card payments.

  • In-App Purchases (App Store / Google Play): We may receive purchase verification data such as transaction ID, product ID, purchase time, and purchase status for the purpose of confirming purchases and handling refunds.
  • Credit Card Payments (via Payment Processor/PG): We may receive payment confirmation data such as transaction ID, approval status, payment amount, payment status, and refund status.

We do not store full credit card numbers or CVV. Payment processing is typically handled by the relevant app store or payment processor.

We use personal information for the following purposes:

  • Account access and management: enabling Google/Kakao login, maintaining your account, preventing unauthorized access.
  • Providing game services: saving progress, delivering features, providing rankings/records, and improving gameplay experience.
  • Payments and refunds: verifying purchases, processing refunds, handling payment-related inquiries, fraud prevention.
  • Security and stability: detecting abnormal activity, preventing abuse, monitoring performance, and resolving crashes/errors.
  • Customer support: responding to questions and requests.

When the retention period ends, we delete or anonymize information in accordance with Section 7.
